1. Course Access & Delivery ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ

1.1 Upon purchase, Participant will receive immediate access to all course materials via email or online platform.

1.2 Participant will have lifetime access to all course videos, worksheets, and materials for personal use.

1.3 Course content is delivered digitally and is available for download. Technical support for accessing materials will be provided within 48 business hours of request.

2. Scope of Service ๐ŸŽฏ

2.1 This is an educational course, not therapy, medical treatment, or clinical mental health counseling.

2.2 The course provides information, tools, and strategies for improving body image through self-directed learning and practice.

2.3 Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Individual experiences and progress will vary.

2.4 This course does not replace professional mental health treatment, medical care, or eating disorder treatment.

3. Participant Responsibilities ๐Ÿ“

3.1 Participant agrees to complete course modules, worksheets, and exercises at their own pace.

3.2 Participant is responsible for their own self-care and seeking additional professional support if needed.

3.3 Participant acknowledges this course may bring up difficult emotions and agrees to use provided resources or seek professional help if distress occurs.

3.4 Participant will not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any course materials without written permission from Provider.

4. Intellectual Property Rights ยฉ๏ธ

4.1 All course content, including videos, worksheets, audio, text, and materials are the intellectual property of Kate Sutton and protected by copyright.

4.2 Participant receives a personal, non-transferable license to use course materials for their own personal development only.

4.3 Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of course materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Payment Terms ๐Ÿ’ณ

5.1 Payment is due in full at time of enrollment via [payment method].

5.2 All sales are in USD (or specify your currency).

5.3 Participant is responsible for any transaction fees charged by their financial institution.

6. Refund Policy ๐Ÿ”„

6.1 Due to the immediate digital delivery of all course content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6.2 Exceptions may be made at Provider's sole discretion in cases of technical issues preventing access to materials that cannot be resolved within 7 days of purchase.

6.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations โš ๏ธ

7.1 Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
This course does not constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, or treatment for eating disorders or mental health conditions. If Participant is struggling with an eating disorder, active mental health crisis, or suicidal thoughts, they should seek immediate professional help.

7.3 Individual Results
Provider makes no guarantees about specific outcomes or results. Body image work is personal and progress varies by individual.

7.4 Participant's Current Care
Participant should consult with their healthcare providers before making changes to existing treatment plans or medications.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy ๐Ÿ”’

8.1 Any information shared by Participant via email or contact forms will be kept confidential in accordance with professional standards and applicable privacy laws.

8.2 Provider may use anonymized testimonials, feedback, or success stories for marketing purposes unless Participant opts out in writing.

8.3 Participant's email and contact information will be added to Provider's mailing list for course updates and future offerings. Participant may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Liability Limitations โš–๏ธ

9.1 Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in this course.

9.2 Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Participant for the course.

9.3 Participant agrees to hold Provider harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation in the course.

10. Technical Issues ๐Ÿ’ป

10.1 Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure course materials are accessible and functional.

10.2 Provider is not responsible for technical issues on Participant's end, including internet connectivity, device compatibility, or user error.

10.3 Provider will provide technical support for access issues within 48 business hours during regular business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

11. Modification of Terms ๐Ÿ“„

11.1 Provider reserves the right to update course content and materials at any time to improve quality and accuracy.

11.2 Provider may modify these terms with notice to enrolled participants. Continued use of course materials constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Termination ๐Ÿšซ

12.1 Provider reserves the right to terminate Participant's access to course materials if:

  • Participant violates intellectual property rights
  • Participant shares course materials without permission
  • Participant engages in harassment or inappropriate conduct

12.2 No refund will be provided in cases of termination due to Participant violation of terms.

13. Dispute Resolution โš–๏ธ

13.1 Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through good faith negotiation between parties.

13.2 If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13.3 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.1 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Provider and Participant regarding the course.

14.2 Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
